Objectives
· Increase your knowledge of the Practice Management Role
· Learn about Practice Policies to ensure that your Practice is fully compliant
· Get the Tools and Skills you need for successful recruiting and management of staff
· A full understanding of the PCRS, state schemes, grants & allowances applicable to General Practice
· Ensure that the Practice is maximising on private and state income
· Increased awareness of all the Practice resources and use of Digital Tools
· Improve Communication to Patients and amongst the Practice Team.
All participants will have access to a library of resources and templates that can be used to set up and implement systems and processes in the Practice.

How do I access the live training?
You will receive a zoom link with reminders before each live call, plus you will be able to access the zoom link from within your portal.
What will I need to complete the course?
You will need protected time and good connection to Wifi, along with a device with a camera and & microphone.
Is there any formal exam to pass this training program?
Everyone is invited and encouraged to complete an assignment at the beginning of the course. (There will be more information given in the first session). You will be given a template to help you complete the assignment.
How do I book a place?
You can book a place on our course through skillnets website. By booking through skillnet you avail of a saving of €357.
How do I become a member?
You automatically become a member when you book a place on the programme.
Can I access the course content on my phone?
Yes, we now have a downloadable app, which allows you to access all your course content and watch it on the go!
How will the course be delivered?
The programme is delivered through a mix of live online webinars with recordings, additional material and resources available on-demand through your secure online portal.
Will this course be certified?
